We know that having a shoulder injury can affect your mental health.

 

Research has shown that watching educational videos may help to improve your mental health when you are injured. Below are the videos that were used in the research. They may give you some ideas as to some strategies to manage your mental health while you are recovering from your injury. If you are concerned about how you are feeling, please discuss this with your GP or psychologist.
